Random black/corrupted images

have noticed recently when out shooting i may get a run of 4 or 5 black images when i view on the rear screen and when downloaded there the same, yesterday i shot 1000 images and there was 5 i guess corrupted files in a line then the rest where fine..

camera is a D300 with 70-200 VR was shooting in jpeg
