Welcome to the forum, nice set and I like macro best too, the flower shot looks like Nipplewort (Lapsana communis).
 
I love the luminosity of your pics. All beautiful captures - I'm looking forward to seeing lots more :)

Been on a training course in London today. When I saw the title, I thought it was related to Excel... Guess I'm getting far too tired.

The hoverfly is excellent. Makes me want to keep saving for that macro lens rather than spending when I get a few quid in my lens fund.

Cheers for the welcome :wave:Buy the macro , I use mine for so much more than just macro shots, it's great for portraits too!

Thanks Packham, I like to think of that one as having 'Top Gear' lighting i.e. if it were a car on Top Gear that's how I would light it, in reality it was just a fluke :LOL:
