RAW thumbnails?

Morning all, just a quick Q ref. raw thumbnails. I'm using Vista and I was wondering if there's anyway you can set it to display RAW image thumbnails. I use an Olympus dSLR if that's relevant. Is there any kind of plug in or similar download available, or is there anything I can tweak on Vista to make it display them?

I downloaded picasa, its a fee download, then transfer them if i need to.

Have a look at the microsoft codecs, you can install these and view thumbnails in explorer. http://www.microsoft.com/prophoto/downloads/codecs.aspx
