RAW viewer for Windows 7/50D??

Windows 7 see RAW from my D50 no problems.
 
I've got the latest Canon raw codec version 1.7 which you can't view CR2's in windows 7 64bit.

I then downloaded Windows live photo gallery and added my main .CR2 folder to windows live photo gallereries index(top left hand corner).

After Windows live indexed all the .CR2's they can now bee seen in Windows when browsing my pictures folder etc.

+1 :-) and work's in 32bit for Nikon NEF's as well..;)
 
I was going to ask something simular but with a 450D on a Mac. File format is .CR2

Hope you dont mind me taking over the thread.

Have you tried xn viewer? Works well for me, and it does read canon .CR2

Edit; im on 64bit windows 7. Works perfectly and you can import them direct to photoshop to.

Windows & Mac compatible

Thanks for all the quick replies. I have a 64bit and it seems to be a bit harder to get things.

But the program in the quote has worked well...cheers for all the help!

I run win 7 64 and Canon codec 1.7 works fine on mine, I just installed it in compatibility mode, ie right click the installation file and choose trouble shoot compatibility, use the suggested settings then save them once its installed.
