Raynox 250 and Ring flash??

Hi,

I've recently bought a raynox 250.

I would like to attach http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...=AYKQOU01L2ZM5

for macro use.


However I dont know what adapters to get.

I am using it on a Tamron 70-300 which is a 62mm filter thread.

I want to get rid of the universal adapter and have the raynox screw into a stepup/step down so that it would fit onto the lens.

Would i need a 43mm to 62mm step up?

Then comes the led ring flash (linked above) the filter size on the raynox is 49mm and im not sure what the led flash is.

Would i then need a 49mm to say 62mm step up to get the led flash onto the front of the raynox???

Thanks Very much hopefully thats quite clear. But i suspect its confusing as im confused!

New to photography just bought my D3100 last weekend lol
