Re-sizing

After not using my camera for what seems like an age, I gave it a run out over the weekend. It’s that long since I’ve done anything I’ve forgotten how to prep for export from lightroom. How should the settings be set? Does it make a difference how they’re set if I’m exporting for a 6x4 or 30x20?

Given how cheap storage is I'd always save at 100%. For 30*20 you ideally want 54 megapixels so for sure 100%.
6*4 = 2.16mp so not as important.

The one exception is if I know I'm going to be emailing the image - I usually do two exports with one at the 2 meg setting.
