Hi,

I'm wanting some help getting a lens - I have a Nikon D3100 & a Canon 450d.

I looking to get a lens that is capable of taking photographs similar to this.

I have a budget of Maximum 350. I've been looking at the Sigma 10-20mm and the Canon 10-18mm as it has 10mm.

Any information and help would be greatly appreciated.

I own the 10-18mm and it will give the desire effect of horrendous distortion as per the pictures you linked to above and be within budget. I'd be careful about using a UWA lens at it's widest all the time to show off a room, it just doesn't work a lot of the time. Taking scale into effect the lounge door must be about 4ft wide.
 
i have the sigma one, a tripod would be a good thing to get, even a cheapo and 2 sec delay, then u can use iso 100 rather than 3200 :)
