Reccomend me a mono head

hey guys

right iv just bought a new sigma 50-500mm lens for my d90 so as you can imagine quite hefty now, just under 3.5kg i think.

Now my tripod is fine i have a giotto mh5001 with mtl9351b body, ideally id like to be able to use the same base plate on this and my monopod,

so what should i do, get 2 new heads or do giotto do any good monopod heads?

budget idealy no more than £50 (for one) IF i need 2 then il have to check finances and re think abit

problem is if i want to aim the camera upwards at all, its a tad more dificult withought,

If I need to shoot that high I just lift the lot up lol.
