From today when I was on a Nature reserve near the M6 at Carlisle

My shots of the Nomada were not great but it appears to be Nomada Flava/panzer
This is I first thought was a sprintail due to colour and size then on viewing it the viewfinder I thought barkfly now a plant bug nymph possibly
