Recommend a new Monitor

I'm in the market for a new monitor. Currently I have a Dell 22'' which is about 6 years old and use Windows 7.
I would like to go 24'' + so what would you recommend for general viewing and photoshopping images.

its an IPS panel so great for colour sensitive work (obv youll need to calibrate anyway), i know quite a few on here have one and rave about it.
