Recommend a OM>EOS lens adapter

I have an Olympus OM to EOS adapter to use a couple of olympus primes on my 20D. The problem is its very nicely made to slightly the wrong size and the lenses shift a bit on the adapter. My first thought is to use a bit of hotmelt glue to secure one lens on but I then need another adapter and thought someone may know of a better made one than this ebay special.

Anyone able to recommend a supplier?
 
I have one that has the AF confirm and it also had significant play between the adapter and the OM lens.
 
Ok, so those who have good OM>EOS adapters where did you get them? which ebay seller if you can remember.
 
I've got one of the slightly loose fitting ones... Not had an issue for normal photography, that I've noticed, but it's very obvious on long exposure star images.
 
SRB Griturn would be my supplier of choice. I think they source theirs from the same place as the e-bay sellers but they then check and fettle them so they're right rather than leaving it to the end user to sort the problem(s).
 
Mine's from Big-IS on Ebay. A little play, but nothing I've worried about. Use it loads for macro work with a Tamron SP90, and also quite a bit with a Zuiko 200f4. Used to use it for everything until I upgraded some of my zuikos for L lenses. No image problems I can see on my 5DII
