Recommend a ten stop filter

Can anyone recommend a ten stop filter for my newly purchased tokina 11-16 don't really wanna spend more than £60 ish, thanks

Edit: My tokina 11-16 (and sometimes the 28mm f2.5 m42) long exposures with welding glass : can be found here

Must have been lucky, but works well !!
Needed a remote (wireless 602 from ebay around 30ukp or less) and a tripod for best results...

Welding glass filters seem to work for a lot of people and are quite cheap by comparison. You might find you need to buy a few to get a good one optically but you can get them for a couple of quid.

Thanks for the replies, that Haida looks like its worth a shot.

Already have welding glass thought if give a proper 10stop a go.
