Recommend me a decent third party D800 battery please

As per title, what are people using?

I have a couple of nikon batteries, but plan to go away and do some astro (live view, long exposure) and general pics. No prospect of charging whilst away so want an extra.

Ive used Duracell, Hahnel, Ex Pro and Energizer batteries on various cameras, never had any issues.

Not used the EN-EL15 replacement but have used other Duracell replacement batteries in other devices and they have been fine so may be worth a look.

Same here, tried all of those in Nikon, Canon, Fuji and Panasonic flavours without issue.

MPB has a used Nikon one for £14 (there is postage on top of that too). I got a couple from them last year at about that price, all genuine and 0 life too.

The d800 uses the EN-EL15 battery the same as the d7000, d7100, d7200, d800E, d810 and d750.

If I didn't already have 3 spare batteries I would have gone for that from MPB myself!

Vote for Duracell as well. Have a couple of these, no issues whatsoever.

I usually buy Ex-Pro if I buy third party batteries, and I've had zero issues with four different models.

Ex-Pro batteries are very good.

Ex Pro and Hahnel for me, never had issues with either
