I've got that one and for a little table top setup it's absolutely fine. Depending on how you place it you can have either the grey backdrop of white. I also use it with back and red card and it makes it really versatile. Great for those long winter nights when you just feel the need to take pics.

I just fire flashes through the diffused material on the sides and it works great.

ive never bought one but my uncle got one for christmas and shown it me, its quite cool for what it is but the version he got had to small lamps to go with it.
