Recommend me a wide angle Lens

I'm after something a bit wider then my current lens's

Cannon 600D, kit lens, 18-55

Don't want to break the bank £300 ish would me Ok

Is there anything about for that sort of budget?

You're probably looking at an ultra wide for wider than 18-55.

Best bet would be something like the Sigma 10-20mm or something from tokina.

You'll get a Siggy 10-20 f/3.5-4.5 or a Tokina 12-24 f/4 for that money. Maybe a well-used Tokina 11-16 f/2.8. You may also get a Sigma 14mm f/2.8 for that money too

You can get Samyang lenses but they're MF-only......
