Recommend me an SD Card....

As the thread says, im looking for an SD card for my new 500D. It will need to be quick enough to take HD movie recording if i ever decide to use it, so what should I go for.

I dont mind spending on quality kit, but dont wanna pay through the nose just for the sake of it, so any good/bad experiences you've had will be greatly appreciated.

Looking for an 8GB card or maybe 16GB if I see a good deal.

Recommend Sandisk cards and would have thought the Extreme III (or new Extreme) would be fast enough

Sandisk Ultra II would be the slowest I would go for, the one with the red at the bottom, not grey/black.

the new ultra's are very good for the money i purchased a sandisk 4gb ultra card and its read/write speed is 30mb/s which is good when im firing off quite alot of frames for smoke photography or water droplets.
