Recommend me the best monopod head to support my Canon 600mm f/4

As above, what's the best monopod head I can get that will support my Canon 600mm f/4? Budget isn't an issue.

RRS has great gear in fact, all of my camera/lens support system is RRS. Be aware, it is expensive. More so when you add import duty and tax on top of their prices. Still, nothing else can touch it.
