Recovering Nikon NEF files

Can anyone recommend a good software package, or set of tools, to recover (deleted) Nikon NEF files? It seems many tools are good at recovering jpgs, etc., but I've not found anything that covers NEF (this is for a Windows system).
 
Thanks, that looks good - but I need something that works with hard disks (that seems only to work with memory cards...)
 
I have used it on a hard drive and it worked fine, though it's not as fast as proper software.

When you do install recovery software install it to a memory stick or a different drive so that it doesn't overwrite the data you want to recover.
