Red Deer at Bradgate Park

I found the 70-300 to be adequate at Bradgate. I think the time of day was against you here (early afternoon?) as making an early start when a clear shy is forecast can be quite rewarding.
 
Yeah it was about 1-2pm, unfortunately it was a last minute day out for us. For the deer it was fine but I was limited by other togs and not wanting to ruin there shots. Next time I'll head there for dawn
 
Haha been busy at work, wasn't sure if there was too much space above him? I know, thinking about a nice early start to get there for dawn one day soon
