Reddish cast printing on Canon i950

I have had a Canon i950 for some time, successfully printing from iPhoto etc. Having recently upgraded to Aperture, I'm getting an unpleasant reddish cast on my prints. I'm using Premium Photo Plus Glossy paper, and the higher quality print settings. Any ideas? Unfortunately, although I've got up-to-date Mac drivers, I don't have the original Canon CD, which I think had all the utilities for cleaning the print head, and I can't see anything on the Canon site for downloading them.
 
What happens when you print the same photo from iphoto? Do you still get the cast? Have you tried the Canon print utility?
