This is a weird image and sure it doesnt work, most people would probably have carried on walking, but in my head it seemed a cool framed picture, does it work?

Hmmm strangely 'blurred',

oddly 'dark',

interesting if not threatening figure,

not quite straight,

looks a bit like a sharp & unsharp merged shot...

Love it!!!

But please a simple border just to define the edges, especially where lighter colours meet the normal TP background (which I guess depends on the background you've chosen to look at! I still prefer bland blue myself)

Yeah, I like that. And I like the PP too. I think its the strip lights on the fence and the reflections on the column that do it - makes for interesting lighting.
