Redsnapper - how long does delivery take?

Mine came the next day
 
Ordered mine mid afternoon one day, arrived before I set off for work next day.
 
Should be here today or tomorrow, welcome to the club :)
 
If Joe delivered any faster the Tripod would turn up before you realised you wanted it :D



*It was next day on my tripod / monopod / QR plate :)
 
Ordered mine last thursday night despatched friday, received it monday lunchtime.

Used it one hour later, really solid build quality.
I went for the 283 tripod + ball head £99 a real bargain.

Comfortable bag + strap too

As above , ordered thursday night, pm response and TP discount refund on friday with note of despatch and delivery monday.

Missed the courier monday and recieved one 283c with a ball head tonight.

Slightly OT, but the main Redsnapper thread has been Archived :thinking: Does anybody know what the difference between the 283 and 284 tripods are? They are both the same price with the 3 way head and sound very similar but I don't know which one to choose.
 
283 = 3 section leg

284 = 4 section leg

ps In theory a 3 section leg will be more rigid - fewer joints to flex through, in practice no real difference in a well made tripod.

pps Oh! The 4 section tripod collapses smaller for carrying puposes.
