One of the legs on my RST-283 has gone duff. The red button doesn't want to push in and I can't splay it out beyond about 45 degrees.
The helpful chap at Redsnapper was quite happy for me to send it in to them for repair or replacement but before I do that I wondered
if it was something I might be able to fix myself. So the question is ... has anyone ever taken the thing apart to check out the mechanism?
If so, how did you get on and could you put it back together without internal bits flying off in all directions? Cheers. Stuart
