Redsnapper tripod issue

Hi, I have a redsnapper Tripod and was out taking shots tonight, I was having trouble adjusting the (ball) head and all of a sudden it came off in my hand. To be honest I probably screwed it too far in the wrong direction trying to get it tight again. The issue is that I can't screw the head back on again. A friend I was out with thinks I may have dropped something - a connector between the head & legs. Anyone know if there is one and if so how I can get a new one?
