redsnapper tripod problem

Hi all,

Had a redsnapper tripod and head for xmas. Tripod set up fine but when it came to putting it away on of the twist locks wouldn't work properly. It just unscrews the leg completely.

Is this an easy fix for me or will I have to return it?
 
Had a similar problem when I got mine earlier in the year, if u take one of the working legs apart u will see there is a White plastic washer and u need to make sure this is in place correctly, failing that speak to Joe, he is a star and someone who believes in delivering good customer service. I am sure he will sort it for u
 
Please can some one help me.

I have bought a redsnapper tripod and two of the legs and totally come apart at the top. The leg with the redsnapper tripod is fine - the other two have totally come apart :/

I just hope I've not wasted nearly £100

What did Joe (Redsnapper) say when you emailed him before posting this?
 
no you've not wasted your money, as huss said contact joe and he'll sort you out he's great as is his gear.
 
Yeah, I've e-mailed him via the shop website, but wont expect anything till tomorrow. Looks like something inside is missing on two of the legs.
