Redsnapper tripod question

Just recieved my RS-284 redsnapper tripod and RSH-24 3-way head - do they no fit in the supplied case attached together does anyone know please??

I've left the top of the case forever unzipped so I don't have to dismantle it each time...

Same here, tripod doesn't fit when the arm is fitted,
