I thought it was worth mentioning my experience with Redsnapper....

I bought a tripod and head from them a while back and one of the legs came loose, I emailed Redsnapper and must say their after sales support and customer service have been some of the best I have ever dealt with!

Top service and a very happy customer, anyone that is considering buying a tripod I highly recommend buying a Redsnapper!!

I had good service from them after ringing with a few questions about a tripod, the guy I spoke to took the order over the phone & I had it delivered the next day.
