Redsnapper

I have been having conversations by email with Joe at Redsnapper these last few days about various problems with my tripod. Various problems such as camera sagging on head and now I find that when the camera is on the head there is about 15mm lateral play either side of central at the tip of a 24-85mm lens.
Excellent communications with Joe, he replied to my emails almost straight away.
Joe has asked me to let him have the head back for inspection to either replace or repair it. I am going away shortly so will have to do this when I come back.

Up to now cannot complain at all about the service.

That is worth knowing and thanks for posting. Please let us know the outcome, as I am currently looking to replace my 40 year old tripod.

I had an issue with their tripod head - they replaced it immediately with no issues... very impressed with their customer service...

Yep, had a problem with my pod and Joe sorted it no qualms.

One more to add to the satisfaction with Redsnapper. I posted my tripod head off to them Friday to inspect/repair or replace.
Got the head back today repaired okay.

Great company.
