Reed Bunting ?

Hi all, I was sat in the hide the other day when this fellow landed on the post and then the feeding table. Not a common bird in this locality. I believe it to be a Reed Bunting and no doubt the more knowledgeable on here will correct me if I am wrong. Thanking you in anticipation.
