Hi, of the 2, #1 has real potential especially with the reds. Bit too much concrete for me, though.
#2, doesn't really grab me. It's a bit too busy, I'd prefer if you could have isolated part of the scene, maybe the tower. Few ripples as well that spoil the reflection.
You have one hell of a dust bunny upper right

I have heard that if you open your shutter for longer (over expose) the ripples come out of the water. You will need a dark filter to prevent the image whiting out.
