Reflector and stand

As some of you may know I'm pretty new to all of this so I rely a lot on help and advice of others. I'm doing a few shots for a friend of mine in a week or so and i'll all be outdoor, so I need a new reflector. Can somebody please recommend me a cheap but hopefully quite sturdy stand (can come with or without reflector, doesn't matter). Thanks in advance for all the help.
 
And please remember if you are using a stand and reflector outdoors, you will need some type of weight on the base. In the lightest breeeze, these things will blow over. Can't you take someone with you to hold the reflector? Much cheaper and quicker then a stand.

Wont be able to bring anyone with me unfortunately. Ended up taking somebody's advice on another forum and bought a cheap £10 konig stand and going to get some clamps for it, apparently if I weigh it down it should do the job. Now just need to find something appropriate to weigh it down with!

My patented and high tech approach to this is putting large pebbles into old football socks then knotting the tops. They sit on the base of the stand and work a treat. Bear in mind that you will need about 8 kilos per stand to do a decent job.
