Remote flash triggers

Am looking at getting one, but havent a clue whats good and whats not!

Will be used to fire a 580II and 430... possibly two 580II's in the near future...

I'm guessing you have tried using the 580II to fire the 430 via the built in IR thing, if so and you want more Pocket Wizards (or skyports) are the best bet!

No I havent... didnt even know you could!! Really not too good with flash setups! :bang:

Skyport for the win. I use them and love them so much. My review is here. Just check out most of photos on Flickr as I use them all the time. Dont bother with eBay slaves, waste of money in the end!!

how much are those skyports? and will they work for pentax cameras?

Yea they will work with any camera. Just put the transmitter on the camera hot shoe. The Uni set cost £115. Well worth evey penny!!

I would just go with the Canon ST-E2 trigger, it has always worked fine for me but it isn't cheap....
