Can any one give me any advice, I want to set up my camera either a Canon 400D or a 5D Mk II and then run a cable to my laptop to be able to use the live view to see the photo and then release the shutter from my lap top.
What is the longest USB cable i can use? Or is there a better way? I dont want to use a wireless set up as it will be expensive. (though if anyone can point the way to an affordable wireless set up for the future, it would be appreciated as well)
