Remote release for 5D MKiii

Looking for help with the best remote release for canon 5D mkiii,

Going to be using for landscape.

Simple Canon wired remote is as good as anything, some of the clones don't connect as firmly compared to the better made albeit dearer Canon version.

If you want wireless both the Hahnel basic and Giga Pro models work well, can't comment on anything else as I only have experience with those two.

I got one from Amazon non genuine. Very good price and has a Display on it to make life easier

If I remember right there is an app which will allow you to use your smart phone as a remote controller. I cannot remember the name of it but it should not be too hard to find.

Bailey - not sure if this is of any use but I have a Yongnuo wireless release from my 5d2 days - if you want to find out if it will work with the 5d3 then you are welcome to it - just send me your address and I'll post it off.
