Remote shutter release for 40D

I'm looking for a remote shutter release for my 40D but i'm not sure which to go for.

It seems to have some nice features, but are they standard on all remotes?

Which would you recommend?

Hi Carl

What features are you after primarily, wireless or timer/intervalometer functions - you can usually get a relatively cheap controller to do either of those functions.
