NSFW Removing hair from eyes

I just wish I could successfully remove the hair in front of her eyes........I guess number one it adds to the sexiness of the picture and number 2 reminds me to make sure all that sh!t is taken care of before I press the shutter

Any tips on how to do that??

Surely photoshop could content aware this out? Might have some issues with the fact that it's a detailed eye, but within a few minutes should be easily removable.

I tried the spot healing tool but even with a very fine brush I couldn't get it

Select copy and past the good part of the eye, flip horizontal and move into place.
Use the patch tool. Then spot heal and clone tools for the rest,
Use an 18% grey layer to blend.

I don't do this kind of shot , and I can appreciate the presure, but your comment about sorting it before pressing the shutter was spot on.

Clone tool is your best bet, that and filp the eye over from the other side.
