Removing rubbish in background

Hi all,

For some of you this will be a breeze, so thought best ask on here, before pulling all my hair out.

A friend had a photo taken with a fish that he caught last week, he didn't check the photo (taken by a mate), and on getting home, realised that there was a rather big white bin bag, right by the tail of the fish.

He is absolutely gutted, but I told him not to worry, as it can be sorted. Most of the background is green, so know that it can be manipulated so the bag disappears.

Would one of you kind people, be able to help out here, I know it's basic to some, but just above my very basic knowledge level.

Just found out, his office love it. He was speechless, and says thank you also

lol

Go for it. I will send him the image over (I may also open a new file within the fishing group, so they can all have a laugh on Facebook).
