Repair a 400D LCD screen

Just about to upgrade to a 40D, so will be selling my 400D soon.

Its in very good nick other than the only 'defect' being a small (7mmx12mm) rub on the LCD display (had camera in a flight bag going to Scotland and it rubbed against a rivet in the bag causing the LCD screen to be scraped)

What I would like to know is - is this easily and cheaply remedied (i.e. can I buy a new screen and fit it myself)

or

do I just accept that its on there and drop the price to reflect this?
