Replacement 1Ds Mkii batteries

Hi all,

Could anyone recommend some decent 1Ds Mkii (same as 1D Mkii I guess) batteries? Perhaps from eBay?

Would like to know if anyone has bought them and been happy with the quality,

i bought some from ebay, they gave alot more grunt than the canon ones, but 1 has also randomly shown up as no charge when its been charged fully.

they were about £35 for both

Not sure how authentic the reviews on the site are, but they seem to go down well.

Many thanks both - I think I panicked too early - I've bought a secondhand 1Ds MKii and it was showing low battery after about 120 shots, but it has gone back to showing full again now - I suspect it was due to it being cold.

I'll monitor the situation and then consider the above options if I find it isn't holding it's charge well.

I have bought several bateries from 7 day and they are great for the price..

do a couple of full drains and charges to see if they come back to life. A small bulb is a great way to drain them fast .

Just about every single HK battery i have bought from ebay has OUT PERFORMED the originals !

Just bought another 2 from 7 Day shop at £11 ea. The last one I bought in Feb 08 are still going strong (exactly the same) but as I'm off on a weeks trip soon decided I would buy 2 more at that price as a back up. Opps looks like they have gone up to £14.99

These look like the ones I use, if so they are excellent batts.
