Replacement of shutter button

Hi all. I currently have a d3100 with a very clunky on/off style shutter button. Does anyone know if there is a way to replace this with the smoother buttons you tend to find on more pro cameras. Thanks

Personally I think you'd be better saving the money for when it comes time to upgrade the body.

I don't know, but i'd imaging it would be a relatively expensive job to replace the shutter button (esp if you get Nikon themselves to do it!)
