Hi guys, how easy is it to replace these rubber rings are they glued?

Lens = 70-200mm f2.8 VR I
 
Any ideas??

Pretty simple. Yep they are glued on. Just be sure to remove all traces, I used a little Isopropyl Alcohol on a cloth.
Stuck the new ones on with ShooGoo from Amazon.
