Answered Request. amend manufacturer prefix in for sale forum

I occasionally browse the ‘other’ manufacturers forum for items to buy. Being a micro for thirds owner, as there are quite a number of manufacturers that make m43 kit. it would be convenient to have a M43 prefix as that would conveniently group all items that are of interest.

It's not a bad idea TBH but I'll leave it up to @Cobra because its more his domain. There is only one prefix per thread so there is nothing to stop someone using Olympus or Panasonic instead of a new M43 (or MFT?) prefix and I don't think we can get rid of those because they do, or have in the past, produced non-MFT kit.

I totally agree.
However, if sellers add M43 or MFT to the sales title bar, it / they would then be searchable

I just searched the marketplace ( this forum only search) for the keyword M43, it searches in titles and description and came up with
