A quick overview.....

I designed a hardcover book at 210 x 210mm for my mum of the life of my stepdad who passed away a couple of months ago - a bit of an eulogy with lots of photos. This was with Mixam btw

Now, I wanted to do another dozen of so versions but as a PUR/ softback book for anyone else to have so that mum had the only hardback copy. I've managed to download the PDF of the book rather than starting all 160 pages from scratch. My issue is, the first PDF page (which is the cover, rear cover and spine) isn't the right size for the softback book - it needs to be reduced in overall width a touch. All the inner pages are fine at 210 x 210mm.

With no office type programs on the PC, how can I change the size of/crop that first 'page' whilst keeping it as a single PDF file to upload and not changing anything else?

PS - There is probably a really simple answer to this ..... :ROFLMAO:

There is free software that can split a PDF file, or edit it. You can split off a specific page, or pages, but then you need software to edit the page, I've always used Corel Draw.

You could get Affinity (which is free) and use the crop function. Affinity can be a bit odd with fonts though.
