resizing watermarks Q

hi, I have done a simple watermark in CS3 and then done it as an 'action' so I can just play it on any image which I thought was the right way to do and yes it works..

but if the image is a smaller size than the one I first applied it too it shows too big, any way around this or do I have to do a watermark for each image size?

I would suggest that you make it a "brush"
then you can resize for each image
Its a bit of a pain having to "stamp each one though if you have a lot

I'll be watching this thread but I highly doubt it's do-able. As each photo I use is generally cropped to random resolutions I have to resize pretty much everything but the border that is an action against the percentage and not a specific px size.
