Reviews please

the 35-70mm is meant to be a really good lens and works well when combined with the 70-210mm. i dont know about the 28-80mm. have you tried searching on google for reviews?

btw we should have a meetup so you can try out the 50mm f1.7:)
 
if you want to try macro then get a 50mm and some extension tubes, thats what im going to do and then when im not doing macro i can take off the tubes and use the 50mm. im doing this until i can afford the tamron 90mm f2.8 macro.
 
the minolta 50mm f1.7 can be had for less than £100, or the new 50mm f1.8 by sony for £130. i quite like my 50mm f1.7 and would recommend it but the new sony one is apparently much better and controlling CA's, flare and vignetting so it might be worth it. ive been recommended the kenko/kenro extension tubes because they are electronic so they have autofocus, aperture controls etc and can be bought for around £80-£150 depending on where you buy them from
