RF602 trigger for bulb mode?

I have a third party wired remote for my 7D, and it simply has a locking shutter button. You press it, slide it forward and it locks the button down for bulb shooting

Works on my 5D2. Flash fires when the shutter opens, as per normal. Other cameras may be different, though probably not, but they can get funny in live view for example.

If you're on B, presumably the exposure is longer than 30secs, so plenty of time to trigger the RF602 separately by hand.
