RF602 Yongnuo triggers

Guys

This question may seem silly, but I need to ask. Having recently moved from Canon to Nikon, I have a set of RF602 Yongnuo triggers, transmitter and receiver which I bought from Amazon (which said Canon version).

Now I have tried them (Once) with my Nikon camera and Nikon Speedlight and they work, but Im not sure whether they are safe to use or may cause some damage.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm not sure, if it is, using them wireless with no.lead should be useable?
