I just checked my Flickr stats and on January 19th my Flickr had 6753 views. I usually get about 100-200 views a day and according to the stats every photo on my stream was viewed at least once. Considering I have 6545 photos on Flickr, someone must have a lot of time.
Should I be worried?

Possibly, somebody with their browser on privacey mode (hence unknown) found you and put your stream on slideshow view. Either they did look at every photo of yours, or they got distracted away from the computer and left the slideshow running.

At least I think the above would cause a spike like that, I've never tested the theory.

Someone running a slideshow API might also cause the same pattern, as long as the slideshow was left running long enough.
