Car Rigs, several threads on here if you search. Personally I like the Manftotto suckers as they dont leave marks, but you have to keep them clean. Mine have 12" stubby poles out the top to allow more adjustment on the pole. Poles are the holy grail. You need light, strong and long, but it's hard to get all three although some use additional cable strengthening, some just use the car really slow and walk supporting the camera to minimise bounce.
Other possibilities are to fix the cameras to a chase car.
Processing. The shot you linked to is very dark. First three shots in that set look like you've used contrast masking in the processing as it can create a halo around the car. That's usually taken out with some dodge/burn on the adjustment layer.
