No, not without an extra optical element to restore infinity focus and they ruin image quality. The Sony-A rear lens register distance is 44.5mm, Nikon-F is 46.5mm - so you could put a Nikon lens on a Sony, but not the other way around.
 
SRB Griturn are probably the best supplier. Not the cheapest but they apparently either make the adaptors themselves or but them in then fettle them to make sure they fit and work properly.

:plus1: Father in law has used them a few times and they have been very helpful and knowledgeable - not the cheapest, but then the quality is there as is the help / advice
